How do I buy a course?
Open the course page and tap "Buy now". In covered countries, you pay with Mobile Money through your operator. Elsewhere, the team helps you pay on WhatsApp.
Can I watch my lessons offline?
Yes. Lessons of a course you bought can be downloaded for free. With a subscription or without a purchase, downloads are paid in credits: 1 credit per minute of video.
How do I get my certificate?
Finish every lesson of a paid course: the "Get my certificate" button appears. You will then find it under "My certificates".
I paid but I have no access. What should I do?
The operator sometimes takes a few minutes to confirm. If access does not arrive, write to us with your receipt reference: we check and open the access.
Can I get a refund?
